SUNDELA

OBJECTIVE
The goal was to create a logo for Sundela, a contemporary candle company based in Austin, TX. Sundela offers modern taper candles and ceramic candle holders, blending artistry with functionality to illuminate spaces with sophistication and style.

APPROACH
My approach included making a custom sans serif type for Sundela that encapsulated the brand's essence of seamless elegance and modernity. By connecting the “u” and “n” into a single stroke, the logo embodies Sundela’s commitment to unity and innovation, mirroring the brand's approach to blending artistry with functionality in its contemporary candles and ceramic designs.

MOOVES

OBJECTIVE
The project aimed to create a logo for Mooves, a fictional cow-themed tennis company based in North and Central Texas that sells tennis equipment and offers tennis lessons.

APPROACH
My approach was to merge a cow silhouette with a tennis ball to achieve a delightful balance between the brand’s dual themes of tennis and Texas.

POPPA’S PASTA

OBJECTIVE
The project was to create a logo for Poppa’s Pasta, a company based in Newark, New Jersey that makes pasta of different shapes for children.

APPROACH
My approach for the logo was to turn different types of pasta noodles into a universally friendly character that appeals to children. I also wanted to create a sense of fun to pique interest in its younger audience.

GAMEDAY CANDLE

OBJECTIVE
To create a logo for GameDay Candle Co., a company based in McKinney, Dallas that makes sport-themed candles.

APPROACH
My approach to combining the brand’s themes of sports and candles began with creating a stadium as the base of the candle and then adding the wick and flame on top to complete the look.
